　■Patent & Utility model　application

　When it will need the long right period of protection for a　utility invention for 20 years, we recommend you patent application.
　Moreover, when you rightize invention of a method,　it can be carried out only in patent application.
　Utility model application is suitable for protection of small invention.
　When the right period of grade will be sufficient from application for 6 years, we recommend you utility model registration application.

　■TradeMark application　

　The name and LOGO of goods and the name of service,etc. are protected by the　trademark.
　From registration, although a right period is ten years, it can be updated per ten years.
　

　■Design application

　Appearance and form of goods etc. can be protected with design.
A right period is 15 years from registration.
